HE – High Efficiency Master HE UPS Systemen zijn beschikbaar van 100 tot 800kVA. De UPS is voorzien van een nieuwe online dubbelconversie technologie die gebruik maakt van IGBT en DSP (Digital Signal Processor) besturing om maximale bescherming, power quality en groene energie voor elk soort toepassing zoals primaire datacenters; disaster recovery datacenters; ziekenhuizen maar ook industriële toepassingen. HE (High Efficiency) staat voor een hoger beschikbaar actief vermogen (kW’s) in vergelijking met traditionele UPS Systemen dankzij een power factor van 1.0 aan de uitgang. Het nominale vermogen wordt tot 40 graden Celsius gegarandeerd zonder noodzaak tot de-rating.

Geen impact op de aangesloten voedingsbron
De Master HE heeft geen negatieve invloed op de inkomende voeding, ongeacht of het gaat om een regulier voedingsnet of een voeding via een dieselgenerator:
- Vervorming van de ingangsstroom van minder dan 3%;
- Powerfactor aan de ingang van 0.99;
- “Power walk in” functionaliteit waarbij de gelijkrichter progressief (oplopend) wordt opgestart
- “Start-up delay” functionaliteit voorkomt het onmiddellijk en gelijktijdig opstarten van meerdere gelijkrichters wanneer de netspanning terugkomt of zich heeft hersteld.
Smart Grid Ready UPS
De Master HE UPS Systemen zijn ‘Smart Grid Ready’ en kunnen binnen een energieopslag oplossing worden toegepast en zijn gelijktijdig in staat om op het hoogste rendement niveau te opereren door de meest efficiënte bedrijfsmodus te selecteren gebaseerd op de status van het onderliggende elektriciteitsnet of generator voeding.
De UPS is ontworpen om elektronisch te communiceren met het energie management systeem binnen een ‘intelligente’ smart grid toepassing. Hierdoor is het mogelijk om de netbeheerder belangrijke informatie te verstrekken omtrent de actuele status en beschikbare energiereserves.
Geavanceerde Monitoring
De Master HE-serie is voorzien van een grafisch LCD-display dat UPS informatie, meetresultaten, status updates en alarmen in tekstvorm in verschillende talen weergeeft. Tevens is het mogelijk om de spanning en stroom grafische weer te geven middels oscilloscoopbeelden. De Master HE meet ook de kWh waarde van de aangesloten belasting zodat bij datacenters de IT belasting gemeten kan worden waardoor het mogelijk is de PUE waarde te bepalen.
Battery Care Systeem
De Master HE beschikt over een breed aanbod aan functies die de batterij levensduur optimaliseren en het gebruik van de batterijen tot een minimum beperken.
Uitgangstransformator met galvanische scheiding
- Betere bescherming van de belasting in het geval van gelijkspannings- en/of batterijproblemen
- De UPS kan door twee verschillende netten gevoed worden
- Een defect in de dc-tussenkring zal de beschikbaarheid van de bypass niet beïnvloeden
- Hoge kortsluitstroom aan de uitgang
- Beter geschikt tegen harmonische vervorming en eventuele terugvoeding vanuit de belasting
